Tonyu-Yudofu / 豆乳湯豆腐

| YUDOFU is generally "water boiled tofu" but we use 100% soy milk instead of water. This helps the tofu to become very juicy and fluffy. | ||||

Our fresh Tofu salad is made with "Kinu-Tofu" made from 100% Shiota bittern, and served with tomatoes, onion chips and Japanese style dressing.
